Axel Hofmann
Founding Partner
Axel Hofmann is an experienced global banker, entrepreneur, and business transformation executive with over 30 years of experience. He held regional and global positions with Citibank on four continents. He has been an advisor and investor in various technology startups and SMEs, focusing on valuation, mergers & acquisitions, market mapping, expansion strategy, and business intermediation. Currently, he serves as an Advisor to the board of directors of 365 Open Sports, La Casa Latina, and other companies. He has also been a board member of several renowned companies in banking, insurance, investments, and other sectors.
Axel holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires, specializing in Strategic Management from the University of Buenos Aires, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He also holds executive education certifications from MIT, Duke University, the University of Virginia, and the University of Strathclyde (UK).
Alejandro Cavallero

Alejandro Cavallero was a senior executive at major banks such as Citibank, HSBC, and Nación Servicios, and is a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in startups and business development.
He is a Certified Public Accountant (UBA) and holds a Master's degree in Strategic Management (UADE). He served as Vice President of Citibank, Director of Diners Club Argentina, e-Business Manager of the HSBC Group, and Vice President of Nación Servicios (BNA Group).
He co-founded Forcadell Badino Propiedades, InBest Forex, Ciudades.com (acquired by Despegar.com), Avisos.com.ar (acquired by Grupo UNO), Tenistica Inc, Jivert International (Uruguay), Integrated Sports Holding (Dubai), PuntoCreditos, PagoMiExpensa, Fintech Solutions, and Pip Chat Solutions (USA).

Agustín Hofmann is an Economist from the University of Buenos Aires, specialized in finance, with solid experience in the private sector in global companies like IBM. His career includes treasury responsibilities, credit risk analysis of portfolios, consolidation and reporting of financial statements, company valuation, market research, and projection of company results, in sectors such as energy, retail, and real estate, among others.
